The initial visualization — how the final product could look stylistically. At this stage we also decide whether we’re working with a stock motorcycle as the base, or building everything from scratch by ordering catalog parts or fabricating components ourselves.

Disassembly & Frame preparation

We move on to disassembling the selected motorcycle. This includes evaluating its technical condition and doing initial test-fitting of the purchased or custom-made parts.

Construction & Modifications

The core of the build — all structural and mechanical work. This covers the frame, drivetrain, exhaust system, metal shaping, and preparation for the paintwork that was discussed earlier during the design stage.

Painting & Finishing

At this point, the motorcycle from the construction phase is once again taken apart. All individual elements are sent to painters, galvanizing specialists, or craftsmen working with specialized coatings.

Final assembly & Testing

Once all finished components return, the entire bike is assembled for the last time. This is followed by detailed adjustments, fine-tuning, and full technical testing to ensure everything performs exactly as intended.

Final personalization & Pickup

Here we complete final personalization touches, discuss care and maintenance, and make sure the bike fits the owner perfectly in both function and feel. The last step is handing the motorcycle over to the client.
